If you send an email enquiry, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, travel dates, guest details and message. We use this only to answer your enquiry, discuss a reservation and keep the records needed for the stay.

If you subscribe to newsletter updates, our website sends your email address and consent record to Brevo through Brevo's API. We use this to send occasional Felicity Moraira updates, including changes to the apartment, week promotions and discounted stays. Each email includes an unsubscribe link.

To protect the newsletter form from spam, Google reCAPTCHA checks a form token before the subscription is submitted. Google may process technical browser data for this purpose. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.

The web server may process technical access data such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information and error logs. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose technical problems.

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The newsletter prompt stores small local timestamps in your browser so it does not keep reappearing after you close it or after you subscribe. This storage does not contain your email address and is not sent to us.

Availability data is loaded by our server from an external calendar feed and shown on the page. Viewing the calendar does not set visitor cookies and does not share your browser data with the calendar provider.

We do not sell visitor data. Information is shared only where needed with service providers such as hosting and email providers, or where required by law. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer you, manage a reservation and meet legal or accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited operational period.

Depending on the situation, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Spanish AEPD.
