Felicity sits at the end of a quiet street above the valley, surrounded by pine and almond. Walking distance to one neighbourhood restaurant; five minutes by car to Moraira's beaches, supermarkets, and tapas streets.
The apartment was renovated from the floors up before hosting started - limestone-look tile throughout, a modern open kitchen, a new bathroom, and the kind of fibre-optic internet you only really notice when it is not there. Solar panels on the roof mean the air conditioning runs without anyone wincing about the bill.

The terrace runs along the south side of the apartment, partially covered, so you get sun in the morning and shade by the afternoon. A small gated door leads down into the shared pool and garden - a quiet reassurance with kids, and a small luxury on the days you have forgotten the towel.
The neighbourhood is residential and very quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant within a ten-minute walk, but for serious shopping or a wider choice you will want a car. Free parking on the property, with space for two.
